If everything went according to plan we hope that you would never have the need to complain, but if you do wish to express a concern we would suggest you do so as soon as possible.
Most concerns or potential complaints can best be settled in informal discussion with the Principal and\or other staff in the College. It will always be advisable to seek to overcome the problem in this way first.
Similarly, if the complaint is about the actions of the Local Education Authority (LEA) it is always recommended that you talk to the appropriate LEA officers first.
If at any stage you want to find out about the LEA procedures, please contact the Education call centre on 08456 009 009.
If, after all informal discussions have been exhausted, you remain dissatisfied; you may refer the complaint in writing to the
Chair of Governors as part of the formal complaint procedure.
Please note that the College follows the Surrey agreed procedure for complaints in schools. A detailed procedure document is available to view at the College.
